the program something I download or a CD or DVD??
It
depends on which version of
the program you order, we have a few options so you can decide what's
best for you. The Driving Fear Program standard and premium
editions are instantly downloadable programs you will be able to access
immediately after your payment is accepted so you can get started right
away. They are in Adobe Acrobat and mp3 format, which is available for
free and can be viewed on either PC or MAC. You may also choose to
print the material if desired. Nothing will be shipped to your home.
After your payment is accepted, you will be sent to a page with a link
to download the program, audios, and bonuses. You will also receive a
receipt via email that has a link to access your purchase. I
provide instructions on how to download, but don't worry, it's VERY
easy and if you have any trouble, you can always just let us know and
we're happy to help. If you order the Print and
CD-ROM
Edition, the complete program will be discreetly sent to your shipping

Who
developed the program?
The
Driving Fear Program was
developed by me, Rich Presta, along with a Clinical Psychologist who
specializes in the treatment of anxiety and phobias. After successfully
overcoming my own fear of driving and panic disorder I compiled this
program based upon my years of research for my own successful recovery
and the feedback from others who have done the same. The program is
currently in use by both individuals and in clinical settings around
the world.
Do
you offer support?
Yes.
When you purchase the
program you will be given the opportunity to be assigned an instructor
who will check in with you periodically during the first 2 weeks of the
program to answer any questions you may have and to provide
encouragement. Working together, we CAN succeed in conquering
your
fear.
How
long does the program take to complete?
Often
people experience very
rapid results from the information contained in the program and see
results almost immediately. However, we recommend taking 2 weeks to
allow yourself enough time to thoroughly read and understand all the
information and do the exercises. If you choose to take longer to do
the program, that’s your choice, but we typically see the
best
results when you complete it in less than 60 days. How long
it
will take you to see results depends on how seriously you take the
program and practice what you learn, along with how long you've had
your phobia and it's severity, so it's a very individual process.
What’s
the difference between the Driving Fear Program and other programs for
anxiety or panic attacks?

The Driving Fear Program is not developed for any other type of phobia
and is tailored
specifically for the fear of driving to bring you the absolute fastest
results. It was created by people that have actually overcame their own
fear of driving and understand the struggle, as well as what works and
what doesn’t. We've also enlisted the help of a

Clinical Psychologist to ensure that we have absolutely the BEST
program available. We only care about one thing, what works to get you
back on the road in comfort and confidence as quickly as possible.
What
if it doesn’t help?
If
after following the program,
you feel it doesn’t deliver everything you expected and more,
simply ask me for your money back within 8 weeks. You’ll have
plenty of time to take it for a test drive and decide if it’s
right for you. I KNOW that it can help you if you let it and honestly
follow the steps. I’m so confident that this isn’t
just a
guarantee, it’s a personal promise.
Is my
information secure?
We
will NEVER share or sell any
of your information with anyone for any reason whatsoever.

payment safe?
Absolutely.
You know your
payment is 100% secure because we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers). When
your credit card information is processed, it is encrypted so no third
party can ever see them.

long?
I
don’t care if
you’ve had the fear for 2 days or 20 years. The program can

is your return policy?

at any time within 8 weeks of
purchase you don’t feel the program is what you want or
expected,
simply let me know and I’ll immediately refund your money.

Can
I play the CD-ROM in my car or stereo?
When
you order the Print and
CD-ROM Edition of the program, you'll
receive the Driving Fear Manual in spiral bound print format, and all
the audio and bonuses on CD-ROM to be used on your PC or MAC.
Depending on your type of stereo, it may play the mp3 files
directly from the CD, but there are far too many manufacturers of CD
players for me to know for sure, so I can only say it
will work
for certain in your computer. You can always burn the audio
files
to a CD in the proper format for your individual CD player if you want
to, that's no problem.
What
is an mp3 file?
An
mp3 file is simply an
audio file you can play on your computer, many
stereos, and devices such as iPod's. It is a very common
audio
file format that virtually any computer can play without any problem
and is easily converted for different uses.
What
is a PDF file?
A
PDF file is very common
file format that uses the free software Adobe
Reader, which you probably already have on your computer. If
not,
you can get it free at www.adobe.com.
How
long does shipping take?
Your
package will ship very
quickly, typically within 48 hours of
ordering, many times the very same day. How long it takes to
get
to you depends on a lot of factors we can't control, but if you don't
get it within 15 business days (25 for International orders), please
let us know so we can investigate and send you out a new package if
needed.
How
many CD's are there in the print version?
Two.

automatically billed every 30 days 3 times
